How can I remove the card from the closed account?

I needed to change my nationality and billing address so I have closed my previous paypal account. I did not remove my card before closing and no I can't add this card to my new account. "This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account". How can I remove the card from the closed account?

hello @maryiasia , in this case, you have to call a paypal customer advisor, so that he can delete the bank card.
otherwise, the addition should remain impossible.
