My phone number does not receive the code please remove my 2 factor I can login account very easily

I am sorry to know that you're having issues logging into your account as you're not receiving the codes. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to log in to your PayPal account without a mobile phone number attached to your account. If the phone number attached to your account is active and you may not have gotten a mobile text from us because there’s a filter on your phone for text messages. In this situations, we recommend that you contact your mobile service provider and ask to allow all text messages on your phone, specifically from short numbers. If everything looks fine on their end, the only option is to contact our Customer Support team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can help you accordingly. To remove/disable 2FA, please take a look at this Help Center Article.
