Unable to change the Email Adress (to receive money)


I know how to change the email-address but every time I try to do it there comes an error...


I removed my email address in the past once but now I would like to add it again..


I do not know why it is not working. Does anyone know?

I am sorry to know that you're having issues updating your email address. Some times due to technical glitch, you may face issues, in this case, you just have to clear cache and cookies or try using different browser or device. Please be informed that, to add a new email address, click +. Enter the email address and click Add Email. We'll automatically send you an email to confirm it. Click the link in our email. To update an email address, click Update next to the address you want to change. Make the update and click Change Email.

Kindly know that  you can't edit or delete your primary email address. If you want to remove your primary email address, you first need to set up another email address as your primary email address and mark it as your primary email address. If you have done this and still facing issues, the only option is to contact our Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website so that our representative can guide you accordingly.
