I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with the hold payment. I would like to inform you that if the sender made the payment under goods/service our system will consider that as a goods/service payment and there might be a chance the payment will be placed on hold and the receiver will get charged for the goods/service payment fee and we will not get an option to change the payment mode or refund the fee. Usually, once the payment is marked as hold, it will get released automatically after 21 days. If you try to get the money sooner you can request the sender to confirm the payment receipt.
