The status of the Refund is Removed. Does it mean I didn't get a refund? How can I get it?

I purchase goods via PP business account.

Then did a return for part of the order. The seller send me Refund.

Current transaction status is "Partially refunded" but when I open transaction details I see Description: "Temporary Hold", Name " PayPal" Status "Removed".

 

Does it mean I didn't get a refund? How can I get it?
