I want to open a PayPal Business account. My business is registered in Poland (the local currency is PLN, which also PayPal's opening currency). I have a business bank account in PLN. I will be receiving payments from American, Australian, British, Canadian clients in USD, AUD, GBP, CAD respectively. Then I want to withdraw that money to my PLN bank account. My question is: if I don't have any other currency on PayPal, will the money I receive in other currencies be automatically converted into PLN? I assume that afterwards I don't pay any additional fees when I withdraw PLN from PayPal to my local bank account. Or should I open multiple currencies in my PayPal account and once I receive the payment in USD, CAD, etc., only then convert that into PLN within PayPal and then withdraw PLN into the bank account? Is there any difference?
Another question is, do I have to use PayPal invoicing to receieve those payments? It costs 2.5% + 0.8 PLN for each transaction, so I wouldn't use that if it's not necessary. For tax purposes I have to use other invoicing software anyway.
