I am new to PayPal. I tried to send money to my son who needed to buy a vehicle. I sent the money and then discovered PayPal took $598 from what I sent. No indication anywhere that I would be assessed a fee. I have used Venmo several times with no problem. Unfortunately Venmo was not functioning at the time. I would like to discuss my case with a senior level person.

I definitely want help. I want to speak with a senior level authorized to make decisions. Not just repeat policy.

Thanks. I had already contacted customer service before to this community. They could not resolve my issue. Said they would havea manager call me. They have not called and has been 3 days.
