Fraudulent transaction

I received a Fraud transaction n payment today n PayPal closed the file for me because I went to the apps n tried to report to the resolution centre few times as I did not receive the acknowledgment of my complaint, PayPal suspected me n requested to change the password for security reasons. I completed the security procedures n go to the apps again, then PayPal told me the issue has been fixed n the file closed! I lock my card n stop PayPal autopay status. Buyer protection - I did not place any order online with Kogan n how come this transaction was done today. I need to have the refund n how come the file was closed.
