Entered my first and last name incorrectly
Hi, when registering paypal, I entered my first and last name incorrectly, by my mistake I didn't notice. Is there any way to change this? I think because of this Paypal blocked my account and gave me a permanent ban for 180 days.
What should I do in such a case? Where to write my complaint?
Is it possible that Paypal will help me and give me the opportunity to enter my correct data?

I do understand your PayPal account has been limited permanently. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our support team to know about the suitable services from PayPal for your transactions in detail. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).

Hi, yes I've written to support and I'm waiting for a reply. They work from what time to what time?
Do they have the right to block my account if I entered my name wrong, and then when providing my ID, the name doesn't match and they blocked my account.
Is there any chance to unblock my account or create a new one.
