I am not getting my reward from GrabPoints to in my paypal account because the reward was disapproved because Paypal did not allow GrabPoints to send it, for some reason or another. That,s why GrabPoints suggest me to contacting Paypal about your account not being able to receive payments from GrabPoints.

If you are unable to send money to this app it may not be compatible with PayPal. If you wish to withdraw money from your account you should see the option in the Wallet section when you log in.
