The last 4 withdrawals from my PayPal account did not go to my bank account.

Hi, I'm new on the forum, although I've been using PayPal for 13 years. I've never had a problem with PayPal, but my last 4 withdrawals from my PayPal account didn't go to my bank account. Although I received confirmation from PayPal that the payment went through. The oldest withdraw was on October 11, i.e. 14 days ago. I called to the bank and they assured me that the problem must be on the side of PayPal or the payment gateway. I tried to solve it on PayPal through the "resolution center", but there they wrote to me without any explanation that it was not an unauthorized transaction and that the case is closed... I have no idea what to do. The money disappeared from my PayPal account but didn't reach my to bank account...

It's unbelievable how different information people have, does anyone get it? I cling to the thirty-day deadline, but as I see it, maybe it's completely futile. Anyway, thanks to everyone who shared their info, and congratulations to those who already have money. I would appreciate if anyone stop by from time to time and let us know about the progress.

I had two problematic withdrawal transactions .. and after exactly a month and lots of messages in message center now I have one transaction back at my paypal account. But .. as usually :-)))))    -200 CZK  !   Crazy .. they would appologize us for steeling money for a month and charge us + 1000 CZK with appologize. So I have one transaction back (waiting for second) but really shocked with Paypal customer approach :-(((

Good news anyone? it´s been a month exactly and no money for me. Contacted Paypal customer support again and same stuff again.. even if I bring up the fact so many people even with close date to mine are getting money back 😕

Hi, the only news I have is a message from UniCredit bank, that they are looking into it and will notify PayPal that something is wrong. I still don´t have the money. But I did my transfer on 26th October, so I guess nothing will happen before 26th November.

@eveningsailor I got money, transferred 17th. Oct. Other, later test payments still havent received. Good luck !

Yesterday's info from PayPal: "I personally do understand your point and dissatisfaction. And as I would really want to give you exact resolution time, I can't, as we do not know it yet. I can only tell that this issue has high priority, and our technical team is doing their best to resolve it. I know it's been taking long time, and we really expect to be fixed within next 2- 3 weeks.
I'm so sorry I cannot give you exact date. It is not know yet. When other parties are also involved the process is long as not everything depends only on us."

Honzo, could you please share some kind of summary, of when did you transfer the money (you did 4 transfers, right?) and when (if) did you get it back? Thank you!

Yes, I did 4 withdrawals (11.10.2023 / 16.10.2023 / 19.10.2023 / 22.10.2023). Total value approx $1000 and I have not received anything back yet. They wrote me yesterday that they are working on it and that they don't know when it will be finished. They estimate another 2-3 weeks 🙂

Hi All As I wrote last time I got the money transfer back, I see that other did as well. When Paypal automatically charged me a fee for the returned transfer its because they have not corrected the problem with bank account numbers like KB bank. The system just thinks its customer error. I called customer service and the gent there refunded the 200Kc fee. I then sent 100Kc last week test to KB to see if it arrived and it hasn't so there is still a problem and anyone transferring will continue to have this problem. I have now sent to Cesky Sporitena and I am waiting to see if it arrives. Paypal IT needs to issue a bulletin to all customers with KB like account numbers telling them not to transfer money until its resolved but they wont do it. I don't even know if they are working on it. Only what Honza here has mentioned.

@Bingotwilight did you just send the testing payment without making any changes to a bank account stored in paypal system? As I heard you must at first remove the bank account from paypal and then add it again. Then you are supposed to send a testing payment and it should work.
