Why won't my deposit to savings go through?

I have linked two external accounts to my PayPal but when I try to add money to my PayPal savings, I get an error message "your deposit did not go through."

I'm not trying to deposit a large amount. I just recently set up my PayPal account and it shows both accounts as verified.

Anyone else experience this?
