No activity showing but money has left bank account. How do I speak to a PP operator?

I have used PayPal to renew my Trend Micro subscription. The money has left my bank account but There is no activity in my PP account. The auto renew has set up through a company called Digital River Ireland. This company and Trend Micro say they have not received any money? My bank has said it has left my account and seems to be on hold by the receiving company? I have tried to message or speak to a human in PP but have no luck what’s so ever. My bank can’t intervene until the payment has fully processed? Any ideas please?

I am facing similar issue. I have completed a transaction of INR 2,585.25 on October 23rd 2024. This amount has been deducted from my bank account in the name of  VIN*PAYPAL  OLE  , but this transaction is not showing up in my Paypal Activity and it is also not showing up on the paypal of Seller  OLE . And Paypal have conveniently REMOVED Access to their EMAIL and ALSO to their Human Agents by bringing up the new AI assistant. I am thinking of Filing a Comprehensive Legal SUIT against Paypal India to demand Lakhs of Rupees in Damages after experiencing such shoddy customer treatment, if Paypal continues to not provide Access to their Human Customer care Agents. I am diligently noting down ALL the Dates since when the Access to their Human Customer Care Agents was Cut-Off and their AI agent was brought in their place.
