It seems like you are a new PayPal user, congratulations on that! PayPal is a payment platform with a website that enables payments between parties through online money transfers. You can send money using your PayPal balance and linked cards, receive money and transfer money to linked Local bank, US bank, Visa Card, and Gcash (min amount to withdraw is 500PHP).
