My withdrawal of money in bank is keep on reversing back

I transfer money from my Paypal account in my back account every 5-6 months. But this time it is reversing back. I tried thrice. Then I added another bank account but still it is reversing back. Please help what to do! My country is UAE.

I am sorry to know that you're having issues while transferring the funds and I understand how important it is to have funds at the right time. You can only withdraw funds to your link US bank account, local bank account or Visa card. If you're running into trouble, please contact your financial institution to know if there are any issues on their end and try again at a later time. If the issue still persist, you can contact the team by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page so that our team can raise a ticket for this issue to be fixed. Support is also available through Facebook by sending PM, Twitter and Instagram on DM.
