Issue with funding source

i have tried a million times to send money to various recipients whom i normally have success transferring funds to. All of a sudden i am getting a message saying "issue wiht funding source, please contact bank for more information or use another form of payment." we contacted the bank and they said everything on the card is fine and nothing is blocked and to keep trying. but i keep getting this message, how to resolve please?  i cant even open a case to resolve on someone who has requested money whom i need to send to.

Are you using your bank account and routing number or card linked to your bank? I'd recommend double-checking what you have in your wallet, and make sure all the information there is as up-to-date as possible.
