Hello, community! I have a question. After linking my card to PayPal and getting it verified, I’ve noticed that every time I make a purchase, whether it’s within my country or not, I’m charged an additional 0.20 cents. This charge appears on my bank statement but not on PayPal. I contacted my bank, and they told me that the charge is coming from PayPal, but they couldn’t explain exactly what it is. Each time, the charge is listed as: "PayPal Europe_YNHW." Does anyone know what this might be? Thank you!

With PayPal, normal payout is two days and is free. For instant payout PayPal charge a fee.

They are not talking to about a withdrawal of funds from a paypal account.
If its an international transaction then it would be your bank / card charging currency conversion fees?
