2 of my invoices was marked as paid but did not reflect on my wallet balance. I contacted the payer and they said it was debited from their account properly. I have contacted PayPal via twitter but I am getting a templated reply about "holds" but that is not the issue.

In the Activity tab, it says that the invoice was paid but my balance did not reflect the total of $300+ for those 2 invoices.

Please help because I am a freelance writer and I need those to pay my bills and my asthma medications.

Hello @TimothyJohn26

Thanks for joining the PayPal Community!

I understand two of your invoices were recently paid, but the transactions are not showing within your PayPal account. I'm sorry to hear that. Even if the payments were placed on hold, you should definitely still see a record of them in your PayPal account. I recommend creating an Activity Download with All Transactions to see if that will show the payments. They might have been used towards another purchase since then. If that's the case, they'd show a clear record on the Activity Download.

If they don't show on your Activity Download, I'd ask the buyer if they can send you their transaction ID for the payments. Then, reach back out to Customer Support through one of these options and let them know that the payment never reached your account and to see if it can be reviewed using the buyer's transaction ID.

I hope this information helps and the payments are found!
