I have received a payment in Dec. 5, 2024 (yesterday) and it is tagged as "Money Received" but the amount is not reflected on my balance and there is a red/orange clock on the transaction. I have not received any email regarding funds being on-hold, just like the other payments that paypal puts on hold.
