started a transfer to a bank account I recently closed and reopen a new one with the same bank but I started a transfer from my paypal account to the previous account number and can't cancel the transfer . NO one at customer service is answering
If the account you sent it to is CLOSED then it should bounce back to your paypal balance, allow 14 working days and if no sign of it contact customer services for a trace.
