Help! I'm unable to link our bank account to our new business Paypal account as it was previously linked to a recently closed/deleted Paypal account. Getting the error message that the bank account is linked to the maximum number of Paypal accounts. Can't use another bank account so what is the solution? The old account was only closed 24hrs ago. Thanks
The bank account has already been linked to 3 PayPal accounts in the past. You can't link a bank account to any more than 3 PayPal accounts over its lifetime.
If its not the above reason or nothing in the link applies then allow 72 hours before trying to add it again, clear cache/use another browser or device.
Failing that contact customer services and see if they can add it for you?

Thanks Kernowlass, as far as I am aware the account has not been linked 3 times. I had already tried clearing the cache & have just tried to add it again with no success. I will have to contact customer service it looks like. Thanks for your suggestions.
