can anyone help me with this issue please,whenever I try to transfer the funds it tells me that this transfer can not be done right now.
for your info,all of my information and the bank information are correct and I have transferred money previously on the same account and I got the money already,I have spoke to the bank and they replied that it is Paypal issue not their issue.
