We've expanded our services for new and current Ukrainian customers and we’re waiving PayPal’s fees to help during this humanitarian crisis. Customers in Ukraine using a Mastercard from Universal Bank (including Mono Bank), Alpha Bank, and UKRgasbank may not be able to use this card to transfer funds out of their PayPal Wallet.  Visa cards issued by these banks can be used to transfer funds.  We will update when and if this changes.  Visit our FAQ for more details.

Hello, 27 Apr im normal recieve money on my Ukrainian account. But now i cant do it. Option Recieve has left too. Why? Please help.

Then why do I see in my Ukraine account this message (Seller Tools > Getting paid > Invoices) and I'm unable to get my money from the marketplace?

@kernowlass Lol, you are so funny. Read a bit the title of this thread first then read my question and after that compare it with the red inscription on the screenshot. Ukraine's account able to RECEIVE money according to PayPal. Let your logic do the rest.

LOL did you READ the rest of this thread? Starting at page 1?

I have already said earlier in the thread that you can only receive friends/family payments and not payments for goods/services so if you had bothered to read the thread before posting your screenshot you would have already seen your answer !! That is why you received the notice in RED.

 

You can't 'send' invoices etc because you CANNOT receive goods/services payments in your country only payments sent using the friends/family option.

Let your logic do the rest.

LOL Once again. Read what they wrote under the red description. Because I already receive money from other PayPal account holders! If someone does not have enough intelligence to correctly formulate an error, then this is not my fault.

Hi @designtimz,

 

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that there's confusion and I hope to clarify. The information that @kernowlass has provided is correct. Accounts in Ukraine may receive Friends and Family payments, but not Goods and Services payments, and thus cannot send an invoice, since invoices generate Goods and Service payments. Any payments you received previously in your Ukrainian account were likely Friends and Family payments.

Ukrainian accounts cannot receive any payment even from friends. I cant.

Are you still in the Ukraine or trying to use your account in another country?

Are you sure the senders are using the friends/family option only that option is not available in every country.
