Hello!

Withdrawal funds to my bank don't work, error: "There’s a problem. Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank." - problem for several days. A few days ago I withdrew money to the same account, everything worked.

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to transfer the funds from your PayPal account to your bank account. I recommend you to please check your PayPal Resolution center to see if your account is limited. If yes, please follow these steps to resolve the limitation issue. If your account is not limited, please try again after few days by clearing the cookies in your browser or use a different browser without making further attempts within this time frame.

i had the same problem yesterday. The employee replied that the visa had a withdrawal limit of $1300. I started withdrawing $1,300 each, but now I have a balance of $400 left, and now I get the same sign and same text ))

Welcome! Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues transferring funds out of your PayPal account. There's not normally a set limit when transferring funds to your Visa, but our security system may limit or block transactions from time to time. We don't normally recommend transferring your funds in small pieces, rather it's better in one lump sum. The best option is normally to confirm your bank or card, and if you're still running into issues, reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance. You may want to try our support through Facebook PM or Twitter DM.

Unable to transfer small amount just received on PayPal to my linked bank checking account (1-3 days), as I have been doing for the past 10-15 years.  I get "There's a Problem".

I am sorry to know about the issue while transferring funds and I understand how important it is to have funds at the right time. As per the information that you've shared, it is possible that our security system is not letting this transaction go through. Our security program considers a variety of factors at each transaction/activity to keep you safe. Some unusual account activity would have triggered. This is only temporary and is just a security measure. I would suggest you try to attempt the action again at a later time and please do not try to attempt simultaneously, as our security system will get triggered and the clock will start from zero, from the time of the next attempt.

This appears to be an incompatibility problem between Chrome and Paypal.  A few days ago Chrome updated on my PC.  At the same time, my wife was getting this error message on her Paypal account.

I tried my account on the same PC, and I also could not transfer money.  However, I switched to the Edge web browser and could transfer money on both accounts.

So I went into Chrome and cleared all the cookies and saved data for the Paypal site, closed and restarted the browser.  I still get this error message.

So I can send/receive money with Chrome, but cannot do a standard or instant transfer to my bank account, even after clearing cookies.  But everything works normally on Edge or Safari.
