Hi, i want to let you know that the possible ISSUE with this is not PAYPAL, it can be your BANK ( some banks dont allow certain amounts to be withdrawn, for example you can withdraw 5k total from paypal to that same bank account, after you try to go over that amount bank will block amount and you need to contact them for next procedures )
