From your messages, it sounds like your account has been limited. When an account is limited, this can be due to security reasons or to request additional information. Generally, the relevant team always lists the steps to remove the limitation in the Resolution Centre. Have you seen/completed them? Once the steps have been completed the case will automatically transition to review, and you will be updated via email.
