Hello, my payment is on hold, I am trying to add tracking information as per the help center instructions, but am getting the following error

I am sorry to see you are having issues adding a tracking number to your transaction.
Please attempt to add your tracking ID using the PayPal Website rather than the App.
Also, I would advise attempting this using an alternative browser and/or cleaning your cache and cookies.
If the issue still persists, you may need to contact our customer service team for help with this. To contact our customer service team, click 'Help' or 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal Webpage.
