Reimbursement!!! nothing after 14 days

I have been reimbursed the 21st of January, and we are the 3rd of February, and nothing!!!
I cant see it on my Paypall balance nor my bank account and it is an amount of more than a 1000 euros!!!!!!!!!*
please can somebody help..

I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. If your refund status is Refunded, it means that the refund is complete. The money should be back in your PayPal balance, in your bank account or on your card. How your PayPal payment was funded determines how your refund is returned. If your payment came from your card, it will be refunded to that card. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days to complete a refund. If your payment came from your bank account, it will be refunded to that bank account. Banking delays can sometimes delay refunds by up to 7 working days.
