Receiving money failed, and getting error 14764....

I am using master card to receive payment since last 6 month and there were no issue. But this time sender is facing issues. Could anyone help me?

Welcome to the community!

I do understand your concern. Typically, when someone is unable to send a payment, it would be due to unresolved issues on their account. I would suggest you advice the sender to contact our Customer Support directly if they are having issues sending a payment through their PayPal account.
