Dispute on transaction from 3 years ago

Hi.  Bit of a long shot.  I bought some bi-fold doors in June 2019 on ebay via paypal payment.  The doors have a 10 year guarantee on them.  Unfortunately it seems a mechanism inside the doors has failed so will not open.  The company I bought from are not answering the phone or responding to any emails or online chats.  Do I have any recourse to a claim through paypal do you know?  Thanks.

Paypal buyer protection extends up to 180 days post purchase.

Same as most credit cards.

Paypal do not offer or support warranties or guarantees that would be between you and the seller.

So your best bet if the company won't help you is the small claims court?
