My debit claims they never received my refund,and now my Mastercard has even expired please help

I received a refund on the 15th of February,my debit card company told me I have to wait 15 working days then now they're telling me they didn't receive anything and my card just expired please help

I understand your concern regarding the refund. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. When you pay with your debit card, it usually takes up to 5 working days for a refund to be complete. Some refunds can take up to 30 days, depending on the card company. If we can’t apply the refund to your debit card, we’ll add it to your balance with PayPal. As your card seems to be expired, please try again to contact the financial institution to let them know you've received a refund to that account, and discuss disbursement options with them. If they still do not help and have not received the refund yet, kindly reach out to our customer support team so that our advisors can review your account and help you accordingly with the refund.

Hi, Ayesha it's been 30 days now and the company says they have nothing on their end my profile doesn't even show a PayPal balance option so I won't even know if it's been sent to my Paypal balance
