Hello!
My client sent me my pay for a podcast I had edited on her. It was reflected on her account since her balance was subtracted and it got reflected into my Activity tab. However, the status says: Money Received - Pending. What must I do so the money being sent will be reflected in my account?
FAQ:
-Click "Accept" to accept te receipt inside the Acitivity Tab
A: There are no any other buttons except "Edit Tracking Info"
-Maybe the there is no tracking info
A: I placed one and despite the file had being sent, there are no options related to "finished" so I chose "Order Processed"
-Can't I wait?
A: It has been 5 working days since the money was sent. Should I wait more?
