So I received some funds to my account (F&F) and withdrew them to my bank account. However, they needed to send me some extra money for postage but it was declined saying "Someone tried to send you money using PayPal, but the amount exceeded limits set by European law. To raise the limit, the law requires you to confirm your identity" I followed the instructions "Log in to your PayPal account, look for the Notifications icon, and follow the instructions. Once you provide the information to verify your identity, we'll process it as quickly as possible to get you back on track". There is no notification! How do I verify my account? Secondly I sold a picture on Ebay but am yet to receive payment. Is this due to PayPal?

Firstly be careful, you are not allowed to sell and receive payments via the friends/family option, if you do so you risk a permanent ban from using paypal services. Paypal randomly check those payment types to make sure you are not using them for selling.

If you don't see an option to do so then contact customer services?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
