Most functions are down and I can’t money transfer

The resolution center is not working and giving me an error

The send code button to confirm  my card is not working and giving me error

Money transfer is not working and giving me an error

 

just what the hell is wrong with this website? I need to withdraw my money asap and it’s telling me to contact support. The chat bots telling me no agent is available and the freakin resolution center won’t even let me create a ticket. Please assist with this nightmare

Do you have a credit visa linked and confirmed on your paypal account to allow for the auto withdrawal as per link.

None of my cards are confirmed. When ever I click to get the code to confirm the card, it gives me an error telling me to try again later. But when I added the new card, I checked the automatic transfer option. Yet my balance still remains in the account

The new card I'm adding is a visa debit card. The old one that I had on the account and used several times before to withdraw is prepaid visa. 

 

Now i'm trying to withdraw using both, and it's giving me an error. And I can't confirm any of the two cards either. I should also mention that I have changed my phone number on the account and also added a secondary phone number. Not sure if it helps

I withdrew several times for years to my old visa card which is a prepaid visa. Now it's not letting me and asking me to contact customer service. I'm in Egypt, and I got no call option. The chat option is telling me no agent is available. What should I do @kernowlass?

Some prepaid visas are seen as credit visa, but you need a credit and not debit visa.

Did you read the link I posted as you are in one of the affected countries?

Yes I read it. My issue isn't the debit card anymore. I removed it from my account. I just need to withdraw my money to the visa card that I have used numerous times previously to withdraw.
