Alright here is the issue I made two withdrawals one on 11 February and another on 21 February respectively The first withdrawal on 11th February has a total of 819usd minus transaction fee of -35usd making net withdrawal equal 784usd potential/expect to be withdrawn to my Chinese local bank via wired transfer unfortunately on 18th I received a reverse payment notification of 754usd (-32usd from the expected 784usd withdrawal) then a later notification of refunded transaction fee +35usd then reversal fee of -15usd This was after complaint a courtesy fee of +15usd was refunded leaving my balance to +754.usd (the reverse amount) +35.usd -15usd reversal fee +15usd one time courtesy fee= +754usd +35usd = 789usd acct balance Again I attempted another withdrawal with the same incorrect reverse amount of similar deduction! What the heck Now my balance has went from 819usd to 740usd without any withdrawal from 11th February until 28 February??? Are two failed transaction not supposed to -15usd plus -15usd why I’m have -79usd (819usd-740usd) for heaven sake an absolute waste of time (18days plus) and overcharges still no money is being able to withdrawal OMG!!!

Hello @Mykelanry4

Thanks for joining the PayPal Community!

I'm sorry to hear about the frustration caused by fees when you're trying to withdraw. To learn more about the different fees on PayPal, I recommend visiting our Help Center and fees page. There's a chance you have a currency conversion involved, which could be causing the unexpected difference. To see a detailed breakdown of your recent transactions, you can download a statement of your recent history. If the numbers still don't add up, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.

I hope you are able to find out the discrepancy soon!
