Hi, I gave my client an incorrect paypal email. I have the receipt of his payment. Please help me

hello @nicolearden_ , if this address exists on someone else's paypal account, the money can go there. if it does not exist on paypal (not used by anyone), he will have a message indicating that he can cancel the operation.

you can try to:
create this email address if possible and which does not exist.
and in this case, add it and confirm it on your paypal account.

 

for your customer, and if he has made a commercial payment, and the money is remitted elsewhere, and therefore to an existing email address at someone's place, he can contact paypal customer service to recover this money.
