I understand that the payment did not go through and you're expecting a refund. I would recommend you log in to your account, check the status of the payment. If the payment is completed, please reach out to the merchant and request a refund. If they refuse to refund, please file a dispute in your resolution center. If the transaction shows as pending on the activity page, you can try canceling the payment by following a few steps that are mentioned in this help center article. Please note that if there are any issues with the transaction, the amount will be automatically reverted back to the original payment method.

- Issued refund but had money taken from my account instead. in Transactions Archives
- iFastNet Refund Sent to PayPal on Hold - Confusion Over Shipping Details for Personal Account in Transactions Archives
- Money sent to a closed account and account not accessible but i was refunded to that account in Transactions Archives
- Unauthorized ATM withdrawals with PayPal debit card dispute says they were authorized denied in Security and Fraud Archives
- Item not received, Paypal issued wrong amount for full refund. in Security and Fraud Archives
