Good Day Everyone,
so i've been having this problem and i cannot find any way or article that solves it. my paypal accounts is registered and verified for more than 4-5 years i believe however i cannot use my paypal balance to send out payments or pay for products or services i purchase. the balance is only to withdraw to my cards. the only options i have to pay for something is my bank account or credit card but not balance for no reason. i've set up my preferred payments but paypal balance is not available as well.
