WHY MY TRANSACTION IS PENDING?

I was recieving and transfering money to my Debit Card Easily without any issue for a long time... Now i couldnt even Transfer 500$ without putting the process to Pending.. which is annoying and makes paypal experience is useless to me and started to think about different solution.. why is this happening? and why customer support IS NOT EXIST! all what i have is AI assistant which is useless and it doesnt connect me to any real person ,what is happening?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
