How do I contact customer service?

There's so many boards and categories I don't know if I'm in the right one. What are PayPal HTML Buttons and Carts?? I made any online payment from my bank account to PayPal almost a week ago and it still shows 'Mailed'. My PayPal balance hasn't changed. How long does it typically take?

I am glad to help you with your inquiry about the payment transfer. It usually takes 2-3 business days for the money to appear on your PayPal balance depending on your bank. And also, you can get the contact options by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page. Alternatively, you can also send us a message via Twitter(@AskPayPal) or Facebook page for any help.

I saw the Contact Us option. That only offers an automated assistant which is useless in this case. I prefer not to enter financial information on Facebook. It's been about a week an a half since I submitted the payment from my bank. At this point I'm not counting on it to be processed.

Finally the check was cashed and applied to my account on 12/10, 2 weeks after I made the payment. My bank status showed 'Mailed' the day after, which I believe is accurate based on past experiences with other companies. Not very confident in doing a transaction like this again.
