May i know where is the contact form for customer support ?
I received an email saying that my bank information is not correct, and my withdrawal has been denied and fees has been deducted from my account.
And Paypal deleted my account information then.
My account has no problem when i registered.
Now i cant see the details because Paypal deleted them, how am i going to confirm with my bank if i dunno what is wrong with the registration?
When we link a bank account, it direct to the bank itself and the confirmation process was OK (it returns error if there is any login issue or wrong info, but it does not return error and successfully linked ! )
Now Paypal said that the information is wrong, and deducted fees from my account and deleted my account.
When i replied to the email, it says that the email add is not correct, and send me a notice asking me to send email through the support page,
but support page has only this form and an AI Chat which is useless... (never received any respond)
How can i contact Paypal ??
Their customer support used to be very helpful but now it is terrible..........
Charged me for withdrawal failure fee and deleted my information , nothing to prove that the account information is wrong.
