Hello @achykedachyker,
Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I am sorry to know that you're having issues receiving money. Generally, if a payment has not been accepted after 30 days, it will automatically be canceled and the money will be reversed back to the sender's account, You won't be able to receive money until the email address is confirmed. Please be advised that all the transactions processed through PayPal are subject to review. If the sender has not got their funds back, it is possible that there might be some issue with the transaction. You may ask the sender to contact us through the available contact options on our website so that we can help them accordingly to have the issue sorted.
Good Luck,
Ayesha
