my friend says her account is locked, how do i go about getting my money back?

my friend says her account is locked and cant be unlocked. and i searched, the funds wont be available for at least 180 days if it unlocks at all automatically. and if never, will my money be gone forever? if not gone forever, where will it go? do i get it back? whats the process. i wasnt able to cancel these before i sent them out.

What does it say on the transaction on your paypal account ie sent / payment / unclaimed / unclaimed with a cancel option / pending.

Also what option did you use to pay ie goods/services or friends/family.

its all successfully sent. apparently i just freaked out a little, my money IS still going somewhere, my friend reported back that even though the account is locked, the money i sent her still landed in her bank account. weird. sorry, i dont often use paypal.
