We collect payment in Euro and pay a very high fee to Paypal. So I need a way to transfer the Euro without conversion. We have a US account so I can't find a way to withdraw without conversion.

Hello @Leeron,
Welcome! Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum. I can certainly understand the need to minimize the cost of transferring and receiving Euro to a US account. I'm sorry to confirm PayPal normally only supports transfers in local currency. If you withdraw money from a foreign currency balance, there will normally be a conversion fee.
My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause,
- Jon K
