A currency conversion did not work (EUR to USD)

I made this transaction around a week ago and waited until now. I know for sure it shouldn't have taken longer than a few hours to a day, but it still hasn't converted to EUR until now...

Hello ZiADKAI It appears that you may have received payment in a currency that you have not selected as the accepted currency in your PayPal account. When this happens, the system cannot convert the funds. -Click Wallet near the top of the page. -Click Add a currency. Select the currency you want to add and click Add a currency. Once you have the currency listed as an accepted currency, you should be able to convert funds. I do have EUR as an accepted currency though. It's literally my main currency.

Hello @ZiADKAI

 

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I understand it can be a bit confusing when a transaction doesn't end up as you had expected. It looks like this was a currency conversion on your PayPal balance - is that right? If so, normally it occurs real-time. I would recommend reviewing the transaction that followed that conversion to see if your EUR balance was used for another transaction. 

 

If that's not the case, or you cannot find where the balance was used, please reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
