Buyer didn't update address and item was sent to old address

I sent out an item at the end of september (priority mail with ebay shipping label) and it was delivered within 3 days.
I get a message recently from the buyer saying she didn't get the item. Turns out, she had moved and she thought she updated her address on ebay but when I looked it had her old address on ebay/paypal so the item was sent to her old address.
What should I do? The package has not been returned to me. Am I supposed to file a claim or refund the money since technically everything on my part was done correctly. Please help! Thanks.
