I can't find information for contacting international tracking for USPS Priority Mail.  I have been trying to track a Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope to Italy for a month.  How do I initiate an international USPS search?

Is there a web address or phone number for this?

Int Flat Rate Envelopes do not come with tracking. That is a customs number that they give you.
