Paypal just charge me double on a item I just purchase on Ebay today. I went on Ebay and it show I only made one purchase not two. Does that mean the the money has already tranfer to his account or paypal has to release the money to the seller? What kind of action is needed to have this matter reslove?
Gene2011- Sorry to hear you're having troubles with your payments. Was there an error message when you tried to make the payment? Sometimes if there is and you redo the payment because you didn't think it went through, this will happen. I would recommend contacting the seller and explaining the situation so they can refund the transaction.
