Thank you for taking your time to help. I purchased what I thought was a guitar pedal from ebay. Seller contacted me immediately through email, confirming that I instead bought what was an upgrade service to add parts to a guitar pedal. He asked if that was what I intended. I replied immediately informing the seller that I indeed made the purchase an error. Seller canceled the payment. Now when I check my payment history in paypal it says "Add funds from bank account" and the amount of 38.00 dollars appears. then above that it says payment to "seller" "canceled" -38.00
problem is I don't have the money in my bank account or in my paypal account! what is going on?!
