Pending but also completed?

Hey,

I sold a jersey on ebay a few days ago and someone bought it.  This is the first time I've received money through paypal and I've tried to do a little searching but can't quite find exactly what I'm looking for.  So I'll display it with images so it's more specific.

On my paypal account, I see this:

But at the bottom, I see this:

So my question is rather simple.  Is it okay to ship the item that was bought from me? Or do I have to wait for the balance to update?
